Every time I walk into this shop the service from the lady (I believe she may be the manager) I recieve is amazing. She is always helpful and honest and I can't wait to go see her when its time to purchase our wedding rings !

Always have lovely experience here, the girls are always so happy to go through their jewellery and always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for. They are never pushy either. My partner went here after having a bad experience at another jeweller and said he got such a lovely service from goldmark and had the very specific earrings no one else could provide.

What an amazing store! The ladies there are all so friendly and very knowledgeable, and always more than happy to help you, with a warm welcoming. The store always looks amazing, and so easy to find anything. Always an amazing experience when I walk in. The team is awesome and fun to be around, which creates a great atmosphere. I always get served by the manager and the assistant manager and they are always more than happy to help and meet my needs. Thank you ladies.

Exceptional service from Kas at Goldmark Lakehaven. Despite the store being busy, Kas stayed with me the entire time while I selected formal jewellery. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the experience outstanding. She never rushed me, supported me while I viewed multiple pieces, and made the whole process easy. Staff like Kas are the reason customers return — her level of service truly stands out.
